Here is a picture for all the people who are made uncomfortable by my fat. Don’t like it? Don’t look at it! I’m happy to say that I can love myself and my body more at 270 pounds then most women can at 100 pounds.

i don’t understand fat people, not out of ignorance though, I have heard peoples excuses but it is something I will ever understand. Living a healthy lifestyle, balancing diet and exercise will eliminate reasoning for excuse.. this is the cure for any illness. Many will disagree with me, but they are not at fault for believing otherwise, humanity is so victimized by the media and medical industries - we are forced to believe that you can ” WOW loose weight without moving a muscle, or changing your diet, simply take this pill” or that Jenny Craig is the cure obesity (laziness). There is no trick, or secret, its simple - be healthy and you will look and feel healthy. You are what you eat.

God damn it. No. I go to the farmers market almost every week and buy fresh fruits and vegetables. I hardly drink soda. I mostly drink water and unsweetened brewed ice tea. I prefer Greek yogurt to that yoplait stuff. I eat very little red meat. I mostly eat chicken and fish (and no not fried chicken. I will take grilled over that greasy crap any day). I exercise three times a week. I read more then I watch tv (reading burns more calories). I rarely drink. I quit smoking, and even despite all this I am still FAT. Some people are just meant to be big! When I was coked out of my head and barely eating I was still a size 12, and that’s the smallest I have ever been. So don’t give me this bull shit about all you have to do is eat right and exercise and you will be thin and healthy and people will love you! Fuck off! I do eat right, I do exercise and I’m FAT. And I’m sorry but you are aware that their are diseases that can actually cause heavy weight gain? Hypothyroidism, Cushings syndrome, DEPRESSION. Seizure medications, blood pressure medications, antidepressents, steroids in asthma medication all can cause weight gain. So can we please stop assuming that just because someone is fat they are lazy, over eat, and are unhealthy? Can you please stop acting like your just concerned for our health? We all know you don’t give two shits about how healthy we are, you just don’t like looking at our fat, because its gross to you. Oh and also that picture? Put a bunch of skinny people in front of stairs and an escalator. I will bet anything they all take the escalator.

I just found a blog called Arrested Westeros. A blog dedicated to both Arrested Development and Game of Thrones? Perfect blog is perfect.

Game of Thrones

I just… I can’t even… How can a show be so god damn amazing? Tonight’s episode was just absolutely perfect. Peter Dinklage was fucking brilliant, and as much as I hate Cersei, Lena Headey was terrific this episode.

I love that this is a message in a popular cartoon.
Thank you, universe.

Another reason why I love adventure time.
